Porting - statuses and follow-up

PORTING STATUS


  • to progress:
    • The porting document is submitted by Fonzer to the operator. Once submitted, the status changes from "to progress" to "in progress".
    • The porting document has been submitted to the receiving operator and will be forwarded to the donor operator (your customer's current operator).
    • Once this document is approved by the donor operator, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and the status will change from "in progress" to "accepted".
    • Please note that there is always the possibility that the porting can be refused by the donor operator, even up to the day the porting is called. If the porting is refused, the status changes to From "in progress" to "denied" with a comment as to why it was refused.
  • accepted:
    • The porting request has been accepted by the donor operator.
    • Calling the final porting is possible up to 9 calendar days after the approved porting date.
    • The confirmation e-mail contains a link to call the porting. If you click on this link, the status changes from "accepted" to "called".
    • Please note that in very exceptional cases, porting can still be refused by the donor operator up to the day of the call.
  • denied:
    • Your porting request was refused.
      Possible reasons:
      • Missing numbers or just too many
      • Multiple or wrong operator(s)
      • The address is wrong
    • The Porting must be resubmitted by Fonzer (back to step two: "in progress").
    • Currently, the partner cannot yet request a new porting himself and must contact support@fonzer.com.
  • called
    • One day before and on the very day of the approved porting date, you will receive an e-mail with a link to definitively call the porting.
    • Calling final the porting can be done up to 9 calendar days after the approved porting date.
    • Please note that in very exceptional cases, porting can still be refused by the donor operator up to the day of the call.
  • expired:
    • Your porting window of 9 working days has expired.
    • The porting must be resubmitted.
